Connecting and Disconnecting Social Media Accounts to DGTLsuite

How Do I Connect/Disconnect my Social Media Accounts to DGTLsuite?

Before you get started, be sure to make sure that your social media profiles meet the following criteria:
  1. Your Facebook Page is a Business Page
  2. Your Instagram Account is a Business Account
  3. Your Facebook Page and Instagram Account are connected
  4. Your have a LinkedIn Business Page (DGTLsuite does not allow you to connect personal LinkedIn profiles)

Converting Your Personal Instagram Account to a Business Account

In order to connect an Instagram account to DGTLsuite, it needs to be a business account. A business profile on Instagram helps your customers connect to your business by providing new contact options and analytics. Linking Your Instagram Account to Your Facebook Page

In order to connect your Instagram account to DGTLsuite, you'll need to make sure it's properly linked to your business' Facebook Page. If you're not sure how to link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page, learn how to connect them here.

Adding Your Social Media Accounts to DGTLsuite

  1. Log into DGTL Account.
  2. Navigate to the tab named 'Connected Accounts' in the menu on the left.
  3. Ensure you are signed in to the social media account you want to connect to DGTLsuite on your device
  4. Click on the '+' icon or 'Add [PLATFORM NAME] text within the social media section you want to connect. This will open up a popup from that specific social media platform. Follow the login prompts to sign into your social media profile and authorize DGTLsuite's connection.
  5. Once you authorize DGTLsuite's connection to your social media profile, your account will display within DGTL Account's interface.

Removing Your Social Media Accounts from DGTLsuite

  1. Log into DGTL Account.
  2. Navigate to the tab named 'Connected Accounts' in the menu on the left.
  3. Click on the 3 dot menu to the right of the connected account you want to remove.
  4. Click 'Remove Account' from the options.
