How Do I Delete My Account or Cancel My Subscription?
At DGTLsuite, we strive to provide a user-friendly experience while respecting the privacy and data of our users.
Free Subscriptions
If you have a free DGTLsuite account, and you would like to delete your account, please fill out the linked form below. Our team will receive your request and work to delete your account as soon as possible. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data and content in your DGTLsuite account.
Pro and Business Subscriptions
If you are a paid DGTLsuite subscriber and want to edit your subscription level, purchase additional user seats, or have any other account-related issues, you can simply navigate to the Subscriptions Tab of DGTL Account. From there, you can manage your subscription, update billing details, and perform other actions related to your subscription.
Enterprise Subscriptions
If you are an Enterprise subscriber and have any specific concerns or questions regarding your DGTLsuite account, we have a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers to assist you. They are here to address any issues related to your account and to ensure that you are getting the most out of our platform.
