Language

The Language Tab displays the positive, neutral, and negative sentiment per day according to Natural Language Processing. Users can also view the percentage of languages used such as English verses Spanish.

The Sentiment Breakdown provides a detailed view of the positive (green), neutral (grey), and negative (red) tone of each item managed through Engage. Most items are automatically assigned a sentiment through Natural Language Processing but the sentiment can be overridden by an Engaged user.



The Language tab will show the percentage and number of items in the language they were composed.
