Introduction to the Content Page

To view a full walkthrough demo of Create, click HERE.

The Content Page allows you to manage all your planned drafts, add new drafts, and quickly identify the status of content that is currently being worked on in a LIST view.

All columns in your queue are labeled and most of the column labels can be used as quick filters to help you see the information that's most important to you.

How Do I Filter My Content List?

You can filter your Drafts by clicking on any of the column labels that have dropdown arrow or by using the filtering panel on the right. Click the 3 line filter icon on the left to access these additional filters.

All Column Labels Explained

The different column labels visible on the Content Page are:
  1. Content Scheme: This column displays the Draft name alongside the content category.
  2. Date: This column displays the suggested publish date selected in your draft. If a draft does not have a suggested publish date included, this will remain blank until scheduling.
  3. Assigned To: This column displays any assigned users on this draft.
  4. Copy: This column displays a preview of the copy for each platform within a draft.
  5. Media: This column displays a preview of the media deliverable of this draft.
  6. Pillar: This column displays the content pillar that was assigned to the draft in the Tagging section of the draft form. If a draft does not have a Pillar included, this will remain blank.
  7. Deliverable: This column displays the deliverables of each platform within a draft. It will remain blank until the 'Post Type' field has been selected in your Workspace and is filled in automatically based on the Post Type.
  8. Status: This column displays the status of each draft.
