How to create and manage filters

Creating a new Filter

To set a filter on your dataset click the gear to input the parameters for your analytics.

The filter can be set with a variety of different options, the options for adjustment are the date range data will be shown for, the social platforms to show data for, the tier of the items shown, and the sentiment of the items. All options can be adjusted by selecting their appropriate dropdown, this will apply to all tabs within Analyze and will not be automatically deselected.

If you do not select any social channels in the "platform" filter then all available platforms will be shown.
