Calendar View vs Schedule View
What is the Difference between the Schedule View and Calendar View?
When planning content in Create, you’ll notice there are two different calendar layouts in your left-hand navigation: Calendar and Schedule.
Calendar View
Shows all drafts for the month, no matter their status.
Useful for seeing your entire content plan in one place (even posts still in “Not Started” or “In Progress”).
Schedule View
- Only displays posts that are ready to be scheduled or published.
- Drafts in statuses like “Not Started” won’t appear here until they’re updated to a status eligible for scheduling.

Example: A draft post in “Not Started” will appear in the Calendar View but won’t show up in the Schedule View until you move it forward in the workflow.
Troubleshooting: Why don't I see my post in the Schedule View?
If you don’t see a draft post on the Schedule View, here are the most common reasons:
- Status isn’t eligible: Drafts marked as “Not Started” or similar will only appear in the Calendar View.
- Filters are applied: Double-check that no filters (status, channel, platform) are hiding posts.
