Yes! Facebook Store Pages can be connected to DGTLsuite. When connecting your accounts, all the Facebook Store Pages get authenticated the same way as a regular Facebook Page. Just toggle the ones you want managed by DGTLsuite ON or OFF in DGTL Account's connected accounts list.

What is a Facebook Store Page?

If you have a business with multiple stores, you can promote your stores locally on Facebook and Instagram. How is a Facebook Store Page Different from a regular Facebook Page?

At first glance, a Facebook Store Page looks exactly like a regular Facebook Page. But the regular Page will represent the entire business whereas the Store Page will represent the specific physical location, so your main Facebook Page will not have its own store address – subsequent Store Pages will. All Store Pages will be connected to your main Page.

  1. Navigate to https://business.facebook.com/business_locations/ OR:
    1. Go to your main Facebook Page
    2. Click "Location Pages" from the menu on the left
  2. On the left-hand side, you will see a drop-down menu of your business accounts. Choose the one you will be adding store locations to.
  3. Click “Add Stores.”
  4. Choose your preferred method of how you will add stores
    1. Add Manually - fill out a form for each store. Recommended if you only want to add a few locations.
    2. Add Multiple Stores - use a spreadsheet to add multiple stores at once. Recommended for adding more than 10 locations.
    3. Connect via API - for developers to allow the API to automatically add your location details.
    4. Connect to a Page - to connect an existing store page to your main Facebook page.
  5. Fill out the required information, review it, and click "Save".
