Understanding Engage's Admin Page
What is the Admin Page?
Engage's Admin Page is where you can view and manage all of the components of your Engage experience. This includes:
- Viewing your connected Accounts for receiving inbound messages.
- Viewing/Managing Tags
- Viewing/Managing Protocols
- Viewing/Managing Data Fields
How Do I Get to the Engage Admin Page?
To view the Admin Page, simply click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner to access the System Menu. Then click the 'ADMIN' option from the dropdown menu.
