Introduction to Account's Navigation
Introduction to DGTL Account
Let's walk through some of the main areas of DGTL Account. Account allows you to:
- Manage Notifications
- Give and remove permissions from users working in your organization
- Purchase more user seats
- Review your current plan details and adjust the subscription as needed
The Account Homepage
When you navigate to DGTL Account, you are met with your Homepage. Your Account Homepage provides a few different navigation options. You can see what DGTLsuite apps you have access to, upgrade your subscription, view your connected accounts, update your profile details, and contact support.
The Top Navigation Bar
A Navigation Menu at the top of your screen is available throughout almost all the DGTLsuite apps, but its contents change depending on the app you're in. The Top Navigation Bar for Account includes (from left to right):
- DGTL Account Logo: Takes you back to Account homepage
- Help Menu: Provides options for help center and contacting support
- Notification Icon: Displays a bell icon with red dot if you have any urgent DGTL Account notifications. if no action needed, this icon does not appear.
- App Menu: Where you can access other DGTLsuite apps
The Getting Started Checklist
The Getting Started Checklist provides a simple list of tasks to do across your DGTLsuite apps which will set you up for success. As you complete tasks, they will be marked as DONE with a green checkmark.
The Profile, Preferences, and Notifications Tabs
Your Profile page provides an overview of your basic user information. This is also where you can initiate a password reset, set your profile picture, and verify your email.
Your Preferences page is where you can set some basic preferences for your account like your time zone.
Your Notifications page is where you can configure any notification preferences. The available options change depending on what DGTLsuite apps you have access to and your user's permission level.
The Overview, Connected Accounts, and Managed Service Providers Tabs
Your Overview page will list business details such as what types of accounts you have connected, how many, and how many users operate within your DGTLsuite subscription.
The
Connected Accounts page shows all the social media accounts you have connected to DGTLsuite. You can connect additional accounts or enable/disable accounts from here as well. To learn how to connect accounts to DGTLsuite, see the article

The Managed Service Providers page displays any connected MSPs, typically other 3rd party agencies or BPO's, that have access to your DGTLsuite client.
NOTE: MSP configuration is available for Business and Enterprise Subscribers. It may not display if you are a Basic or Pro subscriber.
Your Team, Creative Brief, Brand Voice, FAQ Tabs
Your Team page allows you to manage any DGTLsuite users and their permissions. You can also see how many user seats you've used within your subscription here. To learn how to purchase additional user seats for your subscription, see the article

The
Creative Brief and
Brand Voice pages are intake forms that display within the
Individual Draft View of DGTL Create. These two forms contain information that your team will find helpful to reference back to when managing your social media/digital profiles within DGTLsuite. It is suggested to fill these out soon after activating your DGTLsuite subscription to set your DGTLsuite account up for success.
The FAQ page provides an area for your to input FAQs about your business. These will help any new team members or 3rd party agencies learn more about your business when managing your business through DGTLsuite.
The Subscriptions, Billing Info, Payment Methods, Payment History Tabs
The Subscriptions page allows you to manage, update, and check the status of your DGTLsuite subscription all from one place. Enhance your experience by purchasing additional user seats or upgrading your subscription tier.
The Billing Info page allows you to edit your biling address and primary contact information.
The Payment Methods page is where you can view your current billing method and edit it as needed.
The Payment History page displays all past invoices. You can export any previous invoice by clicking the 3 dot menu next to the invoice, select 'View Invoice', and a PDF will be downloaded to your device.
