What is the Difference Between Entities and Words?







Definitions

Top Words: A list of the top 20 words used in all inbound pieces. Emojis, links, and user handles can be included in the Top Words list.
Top Entities: A list of the top 20 nouns used in all inbound pieces. Adverbs and common prepositions are automatically filtered out.

Where Do I Find my Top Words and Entities?

These are available on the Volume Page of DGTL Analyze.

I Don't See Top Entities in Analyze

Top Entities will only display if you are a Business-level subscriber or have a custom Enterprise configuration. If you are interested in changing your DGTLsuite subscription to enable Entity Analysis, go the Subscriptions page of DGTL Account.

What does Analyze Filter Out of my Top Words?

Analyze filters out common English and Spanish words.
