How Do I See my Past Invoices?

Viewing Billing History in DGTL Account

To see your past invoices in Account:

  1. In DGTL Account, scroll down to see the 'Billing' section of your left side menu
  2. Click 'Payment History'
  3. See the list of previous payments in chronological order
    1. To view a specific invoice's details, click the 3 dot menu next to the "PAID" line item and select 'View Invoice'
NOTE: Don't see the Billing section in your left side menu? Your user may not have permission to view and manage billing details. Contact your DGTLsuite Account Admin user to enable this permission set.
